For the time being, StrawHK can only be delivered to Hong Kong.

Delivery charge

Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the goods. For individual cases, please refer to the "Shipping" column in the shopping basket .

Free shipping for a single order over $1000.

Order tracking

After delivery, StrawHK will send out the waybill number by email.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, you can go to the email-provided URL to know the latest detail of the tracking.

Extra charge

If you have to go up the stairs to reach your address, please indicate in the order. An additional five dollars shall be charged for each flight of stairs.

Delivery matters

Express mail cannot be delivered to a post office box or postal number. The express mail will be delivered to the recipient address provided by the sender, but does not need to be delivered to the recipient of the specified name.
If no one in the recipient address provided by the sender can receive the shipment, delivery company will use reasonable efforts to contact the recipient and arrange for the shipment to be placed in the management office or nearby places, and there is no need to ask for the above actions. The recipient bear any responsibility.
In one of the following situations, you have to bear additional cost of shipment: customer refuses to receive the shipment or pays the freight;; the customer cannot be reasonably determined or found. If the parcel cannot be returned, StrawHK can give up, dispose of or sell the parcel without any responsibility to the sender or others for the above actions.
The 2-4 days delivery service promise does not apply to the second delivery after the failure of one delivery.
