You are cordially invited to join us for the media launch of “The EVERYDAY OBJECT Select Shop by SCANNOW @EAST"——Taiwanese lifestyle media and brand EVERYDAY OBJECT (EO) brings its first-ever overseas venture to Hong Kong. In collaboration with Hong Kong city-exploration platform and cultural brand SCANNOW and EAST Hong Kong, the brands present a curated select shop that bridges Taipei and Hong Kong.

是次選物店由 EVERYDAY OBJECT 與 SCANNOW 聯合策展，並以三個月三個主題：旅行（Way To Travel）、工作（In The Office）、家（At Home）呈現，邀請大家放慢腳步，從日常物件重新發掘「生活感」的意義。

The select shop, which will run for three months, brings together over 60 lifestyle brands from Taipei and Hong Kong under three monthly themes – “Way To Travel, In The Office, At Home” – inviting guests to slow down and rediscover the essence of better living through everyday objects.

一場從台北到香港的生活風格實驗

生活感在不同城市的演繹，藏在日常選物和感知裡。深受台灣生活風格媒體 EVERYDAY OBJECT (EO) 的啟發，香港城市探索平台 SCANNOW 發起邀請，兩個主辦單位各自挑選 品牌，策劃通過日常物件來感知生活的選物空間，㇐場從台北到香港關於生活風格異同的實驗就此展開。

每㇐件選品，都是策展人自己真正會用、會買、會推薦給朋友的東西。每㇐個品牌背後， 都藏著㇐個關於如何好好生活的日常故事。以日常選物作為媒介，讓公眾在㇐個空間裡，能直接看到、摸到這份跨越地域對於如何感知生活的具體想像。

三個月，三個主題——關於我們如何好好生活

生活始於好奇與探索，從旅行到工作，最後回到家中。生活風格的具象化，最終是回到每㇐個日常和當下。本次選物店企劃以三個月為期，每月因應不同主題進行品牌更換:

5 月｜Way To Travel（旅行） —— 出發前的準備、過程中使用的物件、旅途結束的紀念品

6 月｜In The Office（工作） —— 透過這些物件，讓工作更有意思

7 月｜At Home（家） —— 把家打造成自己的美術館，每個日常物件都是藝術品

這不只是一間店：從 EAST 走進城市

這個企劃在 EAST 香港東隅大堂與 1 樓 Domain 開辦。三個月從早七到晚七的時點營業， 任何人都能在開展他們㇐天日常生活前，來此探訪這間源於生活風格的選物店。活動期間，Domain 將供應來自台灣的限定咖啡及兩地聯名設計的咖啡杯，讓大眾邊逛邊享用。

場內的品牌以及主辦方推薦的城市據點，將登錄於SCANNOW應用程式，並呈現成可讓用戶實際走訪的城市路線地圖。從獨立小店到文化空間，EAST香港東隅則成為一個回歸生活日常的入口，也是探索兩座城市的起點。

開幕日限定 —— ikuiku studio 藝術家色長似顏繪

藝術家色長2018年澳洲打工假結束後，返回家鄉彰化成立 ikuiku studio 小高潮色計事物所，透過插畫向世界傳達：「慾望是一種本能，愛是多種多 樣的。」希望有一天我們可以像討論早餐吃什麼一樣自在地討論性敎育！他 為了此次活動到訪香港，為大家帶來現場似顏繪。

A “Lifestyle Experiment” from Taipei to Hong Kong

The way people interpret “lifestyle” shifts from city to city and is often reflected in their day-to-day selections and the way they perceive their surroundings. Inspired by EVERYDAY OBJECT’s vision, SCANNOW extended an invitation to co-curate a space where everyday objects serve as a medium for experiencing life. This project also marks the beginning of a “lifestyle experiment” – an exploration of the nuanced similarities and differences that define life in Taipei and Hong Kong.

Every item in the collection is something the curators would themselves use, cherish, and recommend to their closest friends; Behind every brand lies a quiet narrative on what it means to live well. By gathering these objects within a single, shared space, the project invites visitors to see, touch and experience the subtle differences in how two cities perceive the essence of better living.

Three Months, Three Themes: On Living Well

The essence of everyday life is rooted in curiosity and a lifelong spirit of exploration.

Whether we are wandering through new landscapes, engaging in our work, or finding

peace at home. Over the three months, the select shop will unfold through three

curated themes, with a new line-up of brands introduced each month to capture these

different chapters of everyday life:

May | Way To Travel: what you prepare, what you use on the road, and what you keep as a memory

June | In The Office: objects that make work more fluid—and a little more enjoyable

July | At Home: shaping home like a personal gallery—quiet, intentional, and lived-in

More Than a Shop: From EAST into the City

The project takes place at the EAST Hong Kong Lobby and Domain on the first floor, opening its doors from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, offering visitors a moment of discovery before the beginning of their daily routine. Throughout the event, Domain will serve exclusive coffee from Taiwan in limited-edition co-branded cups, allowing guests to savour the experience while they browse.

The featured brands and curated neighbourhood recommendations will be integrated into the SCANNOW app in the form of a digital city map. From independent shops to cultural spaces, users will be able to navigate cities and discover hidden gems along walkable urban routes. With EAST Hong Kong as the starting point, this project serves an entry point into exploring everyday life and gaining a deeper understanding of the two vibrant cities.

Opening Day Exclusive — Live Portrait Sketching by ikuiku studio

After completing a working‑holiday in Australia in 2018, the artist returned to Changhua and founded ikuiku studio (小高潮色計事物所). Through illustration, they share the message: “Desire is instinct; love takes many forms.” They hope that one day, discussions around sex education can be as natural as discussing what to eat for breakfast. Visiting Hong Kong for this event, the artist will offer on‑site portrait drawing for guests.
