PMQ Coffee Agenda 2026 –

1. Slok Chocolate(43

2. Cheung Chau Sourdough

3. Moonway Coffee Roaster(45

PMQ Coffee Agenda 2026

When the coffee festival kicks off, there’s always that familiar rhythm: cup after cup handed over, lines forming and reforming. This year’s PMQ Coffee Agenda breaks away from the tidy grid of past events, opting for curved pathways built on warm wooden panels. The result is a two‑level maze where visitors can discover their own pace and surprises.

Space & Color Dialogue The venue’s base is warm wood, punctuated by four accent colors—yellow, red, black, and blue—each representing a theme:

Yellow – Personality: A variety of flavors help you find your favorite cup.

Red – Lifestyle: Infusing everyday life elements into coffee.

Black – Professional: Watching masters treat each cup with utmost care.

Blue – Journey: Tracing the story of coffee from seed to cup.

These colors prevent visual monotony and gently guide guests to linger, observe, and turn each stop into a new “page” of their coffee journey.

Ground Floor – First Encounters

1. Affee (Booth 23) Signature drink: whisky‑coffee. The blend of spirit and espresso becomes the day’s highlight, reflecting the owner’s adventurous spirit.

2. Urban Coffee Roaster (Booth 26) Sun‑dried Ethiopia beans create a Hong‑Kong‑style egg‑tart coffee. Limited‑edition 2‑way egg‑tart cups are a collector’s dream, merging taste with tactile novelty.

3. SALOON (Booth 33) Besides coffee, they serve handmade dumplings and cold noodles, offering a satisfying snack to accompany your brew.

Second Floor – Deeper Conversations

1. Slok Chocolate (Booth 43) Chocolate and coffee share a tropical origin. Pouring coffee into a chocolate cup reveals layered aromas beyond simple sweetness.

2. Cheung Chau Sourdough (Booth 44) Island‑grown wild yeast sourdough paired with local‑styled coffee. Each bite feels like reading the fermentation story of Cheung Chau.

3. Moonway Coffee Roaster (Booth 45) A one‑person roastery offering rare bean varieties. Tasting here requires attention, letting you feel the intertwining of coffee and personal narrative.

4. MIDWAY (Booth 55) The crossroads of the event, gathering extended‑theme products. Walking the curved wooden paths, you’ll find limited‑edition items that cap off the coffee adventure.
