In 2019, amidst the prolonged period of wearing masks and low spirits, MOON began to ponder how she could create a personal comfort zone for people through the art of fragrance. She hoped that perfume would be more than just a scent—it would be an invisible protective layer, offering warmth and solace during difficult times. Every bottle of MOON's perfume and every visual creation is meticulously crafted as a work of art. She insists on not following market trends, instead rebelliously challenging the boundaries of the field, ensuring that each perfume possesses a unique personality. She believes that everyone can use their soul to connect with a fragrance that resonates with them. From the very beginning of her venture, MOON never considered giving up, despite facing many challenges she had never encountered before. Initially, her persistence was driven by the need to prove her choices were correct; however, once the business was established, her motivation became the genuine ability of her works to touch others and bring them happiness.

Scent of Life and Death: The Power to Heal Hearts

Creators have a special appreciation and passion for all mediums of art. A theme concerning life and death particularly left a deep impression on her. When customers encounter life's challenges, they often turn to MOON and use her perfumes to navigate that difficult period. Each such moment reaffirms for her: "This is what I want to do." A spiritual friend once told her that during creation, her "Higher Self" is connecting with her, and she is merely a vessel. She hopes to utilize her power to help people "depart from suffering and attain happiness."

The cultural background of Hong Kong and the characteristics of its people internationally represent "high quality." MOON believes that every local creation should safeguard this spiritual value. She is convinced that the most essential thing in the world is the nature of "people," and "handcrafts" represent the spirit of the creator. Therefore, she personally offers special support to brands with substance. However, handcrafts also imply limitations in production volume. She encourages artists to maintain a spirit of relentless deep study and to express their worldview to the outside world, allowing people to see the depth of their work.

Each perfume represents very different characteristics, and one that deeply resonates with her is Unmei Parfum. As the brand focuses on promoting in overseas markets, this perfume, which uses red bean and dried tangerine peel as its main notes, represents traditional Hong Kong culture. When she introduced it to customers in Japan and Spain, they were deeply impressed by the unique scent and culture, successfully achieving the goal of cultural exchange. Through these dialogues, she felt immense pride in Hong Kong culture.

For the raw materials of each creation, MOON seeks breakthroughs, utilizing ingredients that are difficult to purchase publicly and managing the production process herself. Regarding the small details and secrets of creation, she reveals that for every perfume, she single-tracks a song until the perfume's creation is complete. She firmly believes that creators must experience emotional highs and lows to produce good work. Therefore, one must use one's own life as a medium for adventure, experiencing the myriad feelings of life. By honestly confronting her own bright and dark emotions and presenting them to the audience, she has so far not encountered a creative block.

During her entrepreneurial journey, MOON once organized an exhibition about the homeless. She discovered that the stories of many homeless individuals were worth reading, and that not everyone fit the stereotypical image. This made her more willing to understand every person's story and perspective. Concurrently, MOON also organized markets with the homeless, giving them a chance to set up stalls and earn money for themselves. This experience helped the creator find the true meaning of making money, a mindset that has been invaluable in managing her team throughout her life.
