長夢書店的創辦人 Ella 記得，最初萌生開書店的念頭，是源於她想擁有一個屬於自己的空間。為了這個夢想，她毅然辭去了原本的工作，親手打造了這間書店，希望能為大家提供一個可以靜心聽歌、舒服閱讀的場所。

如果用三個形容詞來形容長夢書店，Ella 會選擇「清新」、「繽紛」和「舒適」。她希望書店能像一陣清風，帶走煩憂；像繽紛的色彩，點亮心情；更像一張舒適的扶手椅，讓人安心自在。

在創業初期，Ella 曾面臨一個讓她特別想放棄的難題——冷氣機問題。冷氣機屢次維修卻依然漏水，加上維修冷氣的師傅多次未能妥善解決問題，而業主又不願更換，讓她在沒有冷氣的酷熱夏天裡感到無比沮喪。然而，許多客人的鼓勵，以及找到熟悉的朋友幫忙維修，讓她最終熬過了那段艱難的時光。

A Message from the founder

Reverie Bookstore's founder, Ella, remembers that the initial idea to open a bookstore stemmed from her desire to have a space of her own. For this dream, she resolutely resigned from her previous job and personally built this bookstore, hoping to provide a place where everyone can quietly listen to music and comfortably read.

If three adjectives were used to describe Reverie Bookstore, Ella would choose "fresh," "colorful," and "comfortable." She hopes the bookstore can be like a fresh breeze, taking away worries; like vibrant colors, brightening moods; and even more like a comfortable armchair, allowing people to feel at ease.

In the early stages of her venture, Ella faced a challenge that made her particularly want to give up—the air conditioning problem. The air conditioner repeatedly leaked despite repairs, and the repairman failed to properly fix the issue multiple times, while the landlord was unwilling to replace it. This left her feeling incredibly frustrated during the scorching summer without air conditioning. However, encouragement from many customers and finding a familiar friend to help with repairs ultimately helped her get through that difficult time.
