Adam 是 Hair House 的創辦人,也是一位以剪髮為志、將興趣轉化為事業的理髮師。自 2000 年踏入理髮行業以來,他歷經多年的磨練與累積,從中環一間小型髮型屋做起,逐步建立起自己的客戶群。2013 年,他在蘭桂坊中心一幢商廈的 18 樓創立了自己的理髮空間——Hair House by Adam Chan,為喜歡安靜、私密氛圍的顧客提供別具一格的理髮體驗。
翌年,Adam 將品牌更名為 Hair House Barbershop by Adam Chan,並開始培訓徒弟,逐步發展成一支有理念的團隊。時至今日,Hair House 已於香港開設三間分店,並拓展至泰國清邁設立隱藏工作室,將港式理髮文化帶到國際舞台。
2018 年,當剪髮生涯邁入第十八年,Adam 開始思考如何平衡事業與家庭生活。除了希望有更多時間陪伴孩子,他也重拾了年輕時對設計與創作的熱情。這股創意動力促使他創立自家男士護理品牌「飛仔髮乳」,推出一系列天然髮蠟與個人護理產品,延伸出另一條屬於他的風格之路。

A Message from the founder
Adam, the founder of Hair House, is a barber who transformed his passion for hairdressing into a thriving business. Since entering the industry in 2000, he honed his craft and built a loyal client base, starting from a small salon in Central. In 2013, driven by a desire for a private workspace and a burgeoning clientele, he established his own salon—Hair House by Adam Chan—on the 18th floor of a commercial building in Lan Kwai Fong, offering a unique grooming experience for those who appreciate a quiet, intimate atmosphere.
The following year, Adam rebranded as Hair House Barbershop by Adam Chan and began training apprentices, gradually building a team with a shared vision. Today, Hair House boasts three branches in Hong Kong and a hidden studio in Chiang Mai, Thailand, bringing Hong Kong's barbering culture to an international stage.
In 2018, as his barbering career entered its eighteenth year, Adam began to contemplate balancing his work with family life. Alongside his desire for more time with his children, he rekindled his youthful passion for design and creation. This creative drive led him to launch his own men's grooming brand, "Feizai Hair Pomade," offering a range of natural hair waxes and personal care products, charting a new path for his unique style.
